The Ticktin Law Group Prevails on Breach of Contract and Breach of Fiduciary Duty Case in Palm Beach County

Recently, Attorney Michael Vater successfully won a case involving breach of contract and breach of fiduciary duty against our client.

The Court granted a Final Judgment in favor of our client, awarding the client his attorneys’ fees and costs in the action. The Court also declared that the Plaintiff shall take nothing as a result of this action.

Michael was able to use Rule of Civil Procedure 1.510 in favor of our client to prevent a trial when it was so apparent on the face of the case that the opposing side could present no evidence which would put any facts of the case in dispute.

Even though the case had been pending nearly four years, our client was very appreciative of the end result and being able to put this case behind him.
