Won 2.5 Times Fees and Costs

Our Orlando attorneys, Eric Miles and Bill Doiron, not only won our attorneys’ fees and costs, but they won a multiplier of 2.5 times the amount they claimed.

Florida law provides that when an attorney represents a client on a contingency basis, and the attorney wins after the Complaint was served, that the attorney may win a multiplier of up to a maximum of 2.5 times fees and costs.

Finally, Judges are starting to realize that defending a mortgage foreclosure case is representing a consumer, and that the attorneys are entitled to receive the full amount available under the law.

Congratulations, Eric and Bill.
