Strike 3 and They’re Out!

In 2010 our attorney Joshua Bleil won a foreclosure suit on a $ 1.3 Million mortgage.  After the day long trial, the bank failed to reestablish the lost promissory note.

Two years later, the Bank refiled suit against our clients in Federal Court and Joshua beat that case.

Once again the bank filed, and this week using the Doctrine of Collateral Estoppel the bank was barred from  reestablishing the lost note.

This is an important win.
