Attorney Cody Pflueger is a graduate of Shippensburg University in Pennsylvania where he graduated Magna Cum Laude with a degree in Criminal Justice and a minor in Political Science.  He went on to attend Penn State Dickinson School of Law, receiving his J.D. in 2009. While in law school, Cody worked as the Senior Editor of the Environmental Law Review and as Senior Law Clerk for the Honorable Kevin A. Hess, where he gained invaluable experience drafting opinions on complex civil litigation and criminal matters.

Outside of the classroom, Cody was a member of the Penn State Dickinson Softball team, President of Corpus Juris Society, and Marshall of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity.  Cody also stayed actively involved in his community throughout law school as a mentor in the Big Brothers, Big Sisters of America program.

Cody Pflueger joined The Ticktin Law Group in December 2009 and is currently working in our Deerfield Beach office.  He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar and pending admission to the New Jersey Bar.  Cody will be taking the Florida Bar Exam in July, 2010.
