caroline_upCaroline Ayala was born in Bridgeport, Connecticut. At the age of 15, she moved to Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. Caroline attended the University of Florida where she received her BA in Political Science and Sociology in 1999. While in college, she was active in many organizations such as the Hispanic Student Association, Campus Diplomats and was a founding member of Lambda Theta Alpha, Latin Sorority, Inc. where she held the positions of President, Secretary and Orientation officer.

Upon graduation, she went to work for the Miami Dade State Attorney’s Office as a paralegal in their juvenile division. While working at the Miami SAO, Caroline attended Nova Southeastern University law school in the evenings. She graduated in May 2009 with a Juris Doctorate in law. While in law school, Caroline was a research assistant in legal writing. She was also an active member of the Nova Law Review, where she edited several articles for publication and, during her last year, became an Articles Editor.

Caroline was admitted to the Florida Bar in September 2009. She joined The Ticktin Law Group in May 2010. She currently practices in the area of mortgage foreclosure defense. Caroline is fluent in Spanish.
